Job Description

We are seeking experienced and dynamic sales professionals for our real estate projects located in Noida Extension.

Location

Sector - 1, Noida Extension (Greater Noida West)

Required Experience

2 - 5 Years

Candidate Preference

Female candidates preferred only

Compensation

Up to ₹8 LPA, plus performance-based incentives and additional allowances

Dress Code

Formal business attire

Mandatory Experience Required

  • Proven experience in managing and expanding dealer and broker networks.
  • Prior exposure to real estate projects in Noida Extension or nearby markets.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Experience in handling site sales operations and meeting assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage dealer/channel partner networks.
  • Oversee site sales operations and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to drive performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
